The Pleated Dust Collection Bags are made of spun bond polyester filter media. They are one-piece structure completed with end caps and inner cores. They can be installed in existing bag house dust collectors, replacing traditional needle felt bags and bag cages. The shorter length of the pleated means that the filter bag is not directly exposed to the abrasive dust at the inlet, and it doesnt extend into the dust laden drop out zone of the collector. Pleated dust bags (or pleated elements) are used in bag houses to remove dust. The Pleated Dust Collection Bags are very efficient.
